Well, I’m up here on the lift… its cold. But we will do some CRAZY stuff to help this community. If you are in Savannah stop by and check it out, donate toward a bike and make a childs face brighter this Christmas!
Excited about Bikes or Bust
Posted in Canvas Church on December 12, 2009 by respondingtogodThis is going to be CRAZY. I am pumped about the smiles that are gonna be on the faces of these kids! I posted an update on the Bikes or Bust site about whats going on… check it out www.savannahbikesorbust.com
Please pass this website around. Email it to family and friends. Pass it around the office. Lets get the word out because you don’t have to physically bring a bike to us, you can also give online and help us purchase bikes to meet the goal!
100 kids + 100 new bikes = Happy kids this Christmas!
We Secured a Lift for ‘Bikes or Bust’!
Posted in Canvas Church on December 7, 2009 by respondingtogodSunbelt Rentals has agreed to donate a 25foot lift for me to “live” on for 50 hours. I am so excited about this because it saves us another few hundred dollars. I will be “living” up on the lift for 50 hours in the weather…whatever it may be. We are working on getting a live video feed from the top of the lift so everyone can watch the crazy man in the lift live on the internet.
Remember, you will be able to give money online if you don’t live in Savannah or can’t make it out to visit us. Keep watching for that to become available within the week!

Christmas Series
Posted in Canvas Church on December 5, 2009 by respondingtogod
“Choosing Christmas” begins this week at Canvas. Its all about the Christmas Story but more importantly, its about the Christmas message. Everyone knows the Christmas story, but so often we miss the message.
If you are a Canvas attendee, I hope you have been inviting for this series. If not, its not too late to start because it lasts 3 weeks. If you are new to Canvas Church, you don’t want to miss this great story about one of my favorite times of the year.
See you there!
10am at the Carmike Cenima on Stephenson Ave.
